Since arriving in May 2016, our Head Chef, Richard, has campaigned for the Chophouse Braintree to serve brunch. With a lack of local alternatives, Richard set to work devising the perfect brunch menu.
As with everything we do, our menu needed to stand alone and move away from the traditional. Our customers demanded a quality breakfast given the same care and attention as our evening meals.
We began by making our own sausages. Next, we created our own baked beans. We knew that to elevate brunch we must take classic ingredients and make them better. The theme continued throughout our menu, with Richard’s creative license leading to favourites such as beef dripping fried bread, and our delicious house brown sauce.
