Comprising of a unique blend of crowd-pleasing classics and creative Chef Specials, our A La Carte menu takes fantastic local produce and elevates it to new levels. Built around a core of signature dishes, seasonality plays a key role in our varied menu.
We work directly with family farmers and butchers to source the very best dry-aged, rare breed meat. This, by definition, is of limited availability.
Everyday we offer Chefs Specials in addition to our A La Carte menu. Our Specials are created from daily deliveries and only include the best of what’s available. These sell out quickly, thanks to the passion and dedication shown by our chefs.

Our specials allow us to celebrate local produce & seasonality, whilst allowing our chefs an opportunity to be creative
